The first step, aimed at assisting military personnel, civilians, and people with special needs, was created as a result of the aggressor country's invasion into the territory of Ukraine with war.
The goal is to provide everyone with everything they need and to demonstrate that volunteer assistance can reach the military even at zero positions, as well as civilians.
